Job Specification Required Skills (Must Have) :

4+ years of backend-heavy application development

Strong expertise in Node.js, SQL query writing, and database optimisation

Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL (Supabase experience is a strong plus)

Experience leading or mentoring a development team
