HR - Generalist

Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management. Maintain employee records and handle payroll processes. Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment. Job Specification :

Proven experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in the Technology industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in running & managing team member with maximum productivity.
