Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control standards throughout the process from raw materials to finished products
• Regularly inspect and audit production work in progress to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Take actions to improve quality performance
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Inspect garments at various production stages for defects including pre-production and in-process garments
• Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns promptly including but not limited to stitching, fit, fabric quality, colour accuracy, and labelling.
• Maintain accurate records on the ERP system with quality data / comments
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
