Consultant SAP HCM

Job descriptionConfigure, customize, and implement SAP-HCM modules to meet business requirements. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP-HCM solutions. Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP-HCM processes, including personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, time management, and employee self-service (ESS). Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP-HCM solutions. Debug and resolve issues related to SAP-HCM configurations and processes. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP-HCM configurations, processes, and user guides. Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP-HCM modules. Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., FI, CO, MM) to ensure seamless integration and process flow. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP-HCM developments, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements as needed.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelors / BS(CS) degree from HEC recognized university / institute.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an SAP-HCM Consultant or similar role.
- Understanding of SAP-HCM module processes and functionalities.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming for debugging purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is a plus.
