If you already have a network in Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines — and you know how to scale iGaming / betting traffic the right way — we should talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and scale affiliate performance across Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
- Lead and grow an affiliate team focused on these regions : set goals, build processes, mentor, and develop people into strong performers.
- Bring and develop your existing partner base (and continuously expand it with new high-quality affiliates).
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), ensuring profitability and long-term retention.
- Drive growth : activate new partners, optimize existing ones, and build a strong pipeline of new deals.
- Monitor performance daily : registrations, FTD, conversion, LTV, retention, ROI, fraud indicators — and translate numbers into actions for the team.
- Build a clear operating rhythm : weekly plans, partner reviews, performance check-ins, and predictable reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local market restrictions (traffic quality, brand safety, content rules).

What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re a proven Senior / Lead Affiliate Manager in iGaming / betting with a track record of scaling performance in competitive markets.You have an active partner network in Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and / or the Philippines — and you know how to turn relationships into consistent volume and quality.You’re ready to lead and develop a regional team : set direction, build a strong routine, coach people, and raise the bar on performance.You think commercially : confident in negotiation, strong on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, and always focused on sustainable margin.You’re data-driven and hands-on : you track funnel performance, spot issues fast, and act — not just report.You understand traffic quality and risk signals (fraud patterns, incentivized traffic, compliance red flags) and can protect the brand and budget.You’re proactive and structured : you can build processes from scratch and keep execution tight in a fast-moving environment.You communicate clearly with partners and internally; English is a must (additional regional languages are a strong plus).What’s In It for You
