Amazon Paid Media Specialist (PPC)

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Amazon Account Manager to oversee product sourcing, product hunting, keyword research, listing creation, content optimization, and PPC campaign management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a high‑performing Amazon presence by driving both organic and paid growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product hunting and sourcing based on current market trends, profitability, and customer demand.

Perform in-depth keyword research using tools like Helium 10 to support high-ranking, optimized listings.

Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling content, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies and are regularly updated using flat files when needed.

Monitor listing performance and implement data‑driven improvements for better visibility and conversions.

Coordinate with design / content teams to ensure high‑quality product images and A+ content.

Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

Conduct bid management, budget allocation, and A / B testing to improve ad performance.

Analyze advertising performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR to drive data-informed decisions.

Stay updated on Amazon policies, SEO strategies, and marketplace dynamics.

Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Amazon product hunting and sourcing, listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaign management.

Proficiency in tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Seller Central.

Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, advertising, and marketplace dynamics.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

On‑site job (not remote / hybrid) in Lahore.
