Facilitate learning experiences by guiding learners through the Montessori curriculum, offering individualized lessons tailored to each learner's unique interests, abilities, and learning pace. Observe and assess learner's progress, adapting instruction as needed to support their development. Promote independence and self-regulation by cultivating a sense of autonomy and responsibility in learners by encouraging them to make choices, solve problems, and manage their time effectively. Create opportunities for learners to develop empathy, cooperation, and communication skills through collaborative projects, group activities, and peer interactions. Foster a culture of respect, kindness, and inclusivity in the classroom. Ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of all learners in their care, implementing safety protocols and creating a supportive atmosphere where learners feel secure and valued. Maintain records of learner's progress and achievements, documenting observations and reflections to inform instructional planning and communicate with parents and colleagues. Ensure learner’s achievement as per given SLOs and Benchmarks (ECE- National Curriculum of Pakistan) through well-defined performance deliverables and assigned workload.
