Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and after-sales services. The representative is expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients
Proficiency in Computer Literacy and basic software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree is a plus
