Overview
Are you a creative visionary with a deep passion for fashion, gaming, and creator culture? Superculture , a modern creative collective and brand laboratory, is seeking an experienced Creative Director to build the next generation of iconic brands.
We partner with A-list talent like Ludwig Ahgren and Disguised Toast , and industry giants including Riot Games, Red Bull, and A16Z , to launch standalone fashion and lifestyle brands that make a genuine cultural impact. This is not a traditional agency role; it’s a chance to be a key player in shaping trends and telling authentic stories for Gen Z and millennial audiences.
The Role
As Creative Director, your mission will be to lead the entire creative lifecycle, from initial brand strategy to final product launch. You will work directly with top-tier creators and brands, translating their unique vision into compelling apparel collections, cohesive brand identities, and innovative marketing campaigns that resonate authentically with their communities.
Core Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end creative process, from brand discovery and concept development through to tech pack creation and final sample approval.
- Develop comprehensive brand worlds, including visual identity, core messaging, product strategy, and integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- Create and curate mood boards, design concepts, and garment specifications that are culturally relevant, innovative, and commercially viable.
- Present high-level creative concepts to prominent clients, expertly guiding them through the feedback process while maintaining the integrity of the core brand vision.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, manufacturers, and marketers to ensure flawless execution and timely product launches.
Your Profile & Experience
A seasoned creative leader with 6+ years of experience in a creative direction role for fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.Your portfolio showcases a proven track record of launching successful apparel collections and impactful brand campaigns from concept to market.You possess expert-level knowledge of the entire fashion design process, from technical design and fit to manufacturing and production requirements.You are deeply immersed in the worlds of streetwear, gaming culture, and the nuances of Gen Z and millennial brand preferences.An expert in brand strategy, market positioning, and the development of comprehensive brand guidelines for a cohesive omnichannel presence.Bonus Points For :
Direct experience working with content creators, streamers, or gaming personalities.Strong knowledge of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce strategy.A background in graphic design, illustration, or digital art.Experience with sustainable and ethical fashion practices.The Superculture Advantage

This is a senior-level role with a competitive pay scale ranging from $60 to $130 USD per hour , commensurate with experience. We prioritize long-term engagements, with annual earning potential between $120,000 and $200,000 USD .
