We are seeking a proactive, organized, and digitally competent Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and online brand presence. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and multitasking ability. In addition to traditional executive support tasks, the role involves managing and optimizing the CEO's presence on LinkedIn and assisting with general social media communications and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of balancing administrative duties with digital outreach responsibilities. Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, meetings, and appointments. Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documentation as required by the CEO. Attend meetings (in-person or virtual), take minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Assist in research, data compilation, and briefing materials preparation.
LinkedIn & Social Media Management
Optimize and maintain the CEO's LinkedIn profile, ensuring consistent and professional representation. Draft, edit, and post content on LinkedIn, aligned with the CEO's personal brand and company strategy. Handle incoming LinkedIn messages and engagement, escalating relevant messages to the CEO. Manage light social media activity (Instagram, X / Twitter, Facebook, etc.) as needed for professional branding. Track content performance and engagement, reporting insights to inform future strategy.
Documentation & Communications
Draft emails, proposals, summaries, and other official communications. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information and correspondence. Support internal and external communication efforts, including newsletters, announcements, and reports. Assist in preparing materials for events, webinars, public speaking engagements, or interviews.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 12 years of experience in a similar executive support or administrative role. Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn). Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times. Experience in personal branding, digital marketing, or content creation. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Exposure to CEO-level support or fast-paced corporate environments. Understanding of professional networking and engagement strategies.
