We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually compelling graphics, as well as edit engaging videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives. This role requires a combination of creative skills, technical expertise, and an understanding of current design and video trends. Key Responsibilities : Graphic Design : Create visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and website assets. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message. Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Video Editing : Edit raw video footage into polished videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels. Add visual effects, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final product. Work with the marketing team to understand the goals of each video project and ensure that the content aligns with our brand strategy. Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and format for each. Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality of work. Content Creation : Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including animations, and infographics. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful content. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and social media engagement. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that design and video projects meet objectives and timelines. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategy. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Job Specification
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. Familiarity with animation and motion graphics is a plus. Basic understanding of photography and videography principles. Creative Skills : Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines.
