We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for managing, entering, and maintaining data with a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. You’ll work independently and contribute to the smooth operation of our data systems. Key Responsibilities

Input, update, and verify data in databases and / or internal systems Review source documents for accuracy and completeness Identify and correct data entry mistakes; troubleshoot errors Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered Assist with periodic audits to ensure data integrity Organize and maintain electronic filing systems Collaborate with other teams as needed to support data flow and reporting Meet daily / weekly productivity and quality benchmarks Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role Excellent typing speed and high accuracy level Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with computers, MS Office (especially Excel), and experience with databases Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency Reliable internet connection and a quiet, home-based work environment Desired Qualifications (Optional / Preferred)
