We are seeking a Product Designer with a focus on both web and mobile app design and a passion for finding intuitive solutions that engage customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, focused on customer needs, experienced with using AI design tools, and crafting a design that is functionally elegant and visually delightful.

Responsibilities

Analyze current user journeys and propose enhancements through detailed wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.

Create practical, intuitive, and visually striking designs using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Identify opportunities for new product improvements and enhancements.

Work closely with other design team members to ensure consistent communication and design coherence across platforms.

Modify and revise existing designs to align with evolving customer preferences and project requirements.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and customers to transform insights into intuitive and visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement and retention. If you have experience with CSS, HTML, React, Vue.js, and jQuery , that's a significant plus!

Collaborate with internal teams and conduct user research to establish design requirements for both web and mobile applications.

Support design improvements across both web and desktop platforms when needed.

Partner with product engineers and other stakeholders to suggest product and process improvements.

Present product design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

Overall 5+ years of work experience, including 3 years in product design.

Experience of working with AI design tools like Lovable or similar tools.

Experience in all phases of the design process , including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.

Strong ability to design with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

An intuitive eye for customer needs and strong attention to detail.

Ability to produce designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Visual Arts, Creative Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.

A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating your experience in mobile app design and understanding of client objectives.

If you have experience with CSS, HTML, Vue.js, or jQuery, that's good to have, but not mandatory.
