Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager for our manufacturing industry client based in Karachi.

Education :

B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :

5 to 6 years of experience in Injection / PET bottles moulding

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage production staff activities.
• Develop and coordinate employee training and evaluations, identifying critical issues, needs, and potential of workers.
• Plan technical interventions (e.g., mould changes, colour changes) and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Measure and verify resource consumption rates (materials, personnel, services) aiming for continuous improvement and optimization.
