Maqaami is looking for digital marketers who can purely work on sales conversion, creation, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels with a focus on driving web purchase conversion and integrated marketing campaigns to achieve aggressive growth in sales growth.

Responsibilities will include :
- Focus on sales and help the company grow sales volume.
- Plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media marketing, pixel analysis, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
- Create and implement innovative acquisition content, strategies & campaigns across paid and non-marketing channels.
- Explore new online marketing opportunities, channels, media, and tactics and, with observed trends and internal analytics, suggest improvements to processes and user experience across digital channels.
- Collaborate with Designer / Content Specialist and Site Merchandiser to effectively deliver company messaging to target audiences, including mobile, video, social, search, real-time media buying, ad retargeting, and SEM.
- Create and deliver reports and analysis that provide insights and solid recommendations for improvement and optimization across all on-site campaigns and digital activation efforts including email marketing, display, mobile, etc.
- Manage e-Commerce marketing budget and ensure that marketing opportunities are being optimized to meet business objectives and financial goals while staying within planned expense budgets.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Create and manage Facebook / TikTok / Instagram campaigns and generate sales, purely working on the conversion.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and / or display advertising campaigns.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Research and identify target keywords and implement them within the content and paid advertising campaigns.
- Expert in Google, Facebook, Instagram ads.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
- Prepare digital insights and strategies based on analytical data.
- Prepare e-business strategies to increase leads and target sales.
