Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Project Manager willing to work on challenging problems, take initiative, learn on the go, and take responsibility for high impact tasks to join our team. As a TPM at our company, you will have the opportunity for significant professional growth by planning and managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize software development process in-line with the product roadmap and release deadlines
- Write and assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team
- Establish timelines and closely track release cycle, coordinate with the development team, QA, and DevOps
- Engage the C-suite on new feature ideas following the vision of the company and feedback from the customers
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to write the end user guide
- Analyze weaknesses in development teams and focus on developing skill sets
- Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for the product development and engineering teams
- Be an advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process
Job Specification
Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering or relevant fields2 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program ManagerWilling to work 12PM to 9PM PKTExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with developments teams to meet project deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practicesKnowledge of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as JiraHigh-level understanding of software development timelines and releasesExcellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionSkilled in creative problem-solving and the ability to take initiativeAbility to communicate multiple project tasks across various cross-functional teamsFluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written)Willing to work with remote team members in different time zonesLocation : Charlottesville, United States (Information Technology and Services)#J-18808-Ljbffr
