Job Description : Business Development Officer (BDO) - Digital Marketing and Social Media Expert Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Utilize social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and generate leads. Create and manage compelling content for social media channels to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and growth opportunities. Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase website traffic and conversions. Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience across digital platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Identify and build relationships with potential clients and partners through networking, industry events, and online platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are mandatory. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and website optimization. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising. Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze data and track performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and engage with the target audience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, advertising platforms, and content management systems.
