Assistant Controller Exams - S3H Last Date : Sunday, July 13, 2025 Job Ref # : Job / 5671 / 06 / 27 / 2025 Age Limit : 25 - 40 Experience : Posted Date : Friday, June 27, 2025 Salary : Market Competitive Job Description : Qualification : - MBA - MS Management Sciences Experience : Minimum 2-5 years' experience related to examinations at public / private sector university of Pakistan(Preferably in higher education sector). 7 year's working experience in examinations / academics department at any reputed university of Pakistan(Preferably in higher education sector). Key Responsibilities : 1. Assist DCE in following duties : - a. Planning and coordination with all S3H departments for arrival and smooth joining of new entrants. b.Preparation of date sheets, seating plan, deployment of faculty / staff for smooth conduct of Mid / End semester examinations and retakes with pre / post follow-up actions. c. Coordination with faculty / departments for in time receipt of results. d.Conduct of FBS for approval of semesters results & student's suspension / deferment cases. e. Verification of semester wise results for onward submission to Main Office for publication of gazette notification. f. Ensure updation of student's record on Qalam. i. Sharing of student results / verified documents / other data with Main Office. 2. Keep student track record and managing Student Affairs, 3. Execution of special security protocol to secure examination record. 4. Implementation of directives / SOPs in letter and spirit received from Main Office. 5. Provide support to Main Office for conduct of NUST Main Convocation. 6. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Dy Controller of Exam Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : - Good command on computing skills. - Have good knowledge of policies / rules and regulations of HEC and other educational governing bodies. - Have in depth knowledge / command on MS Office and other software's. Terms & Conditions : - Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional). - Last education certificate / degree must be attested / verified by HEC. -

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons : - 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile. - NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution. - In process of pursuing a required degree. - Medically unfit. - Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter. - Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
