Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering - Project Management - - Solving day-to-day problems at the team level (both technical and interpersonal) - - Mentoring of team members - - Communication with clients and within the teams - - Training of team members - - Scheduling (Estimation, Planning and Tracking) - - Ensuring timely delivery - - Ensuring Quality of deliverables - - Documentation. - Change Management. - Configuration Management (source code, infrastructure, backups etc) - - Software Development Methodologies (definition and implementation) Job Specification

• Technically oriented person, having experience of working as a software developer. - Good Understanding of OOP Concepts - - Adaptability and Smartness to cope with challenges of different Business Domains - - Ability to Write and Verbally Communicate (over phone / face-to-face meetings) in English with Clarity - - Ability to do Estimations of Technical Tasks, Task Management for a Team of 4-5 people, Create, Review & Track Project Plans - - Ability to manage people issues and large teams. - Ability to manage risks and escalate appropriately. - Good command over a planning tool (e.g MS Project ) - - Good understanding and experience with software development methodologies.
