About the Role We are seeking a motivated and proactive

Junior Sales Development Representative

to support our growing sales operations. You will assist in managing client queries, preparing insurance quotations, and coordinating between clients and internal departments to ensure a seamless sales experience.

experience in the insurance sector is preferred , it is

not mandatory

— we’re looking for driven individuals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and grow within the digital insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing inbound and outbound sales queries across insurance lines.

Support in preparing accurate quotations and policy documentation.

Conduct lead follow-ups via email, phone, and other channels to drive conversions.

Maintain detailed records and client information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the senior sales team, underwriting, and marketing departments to ensure smooth policy processing.

Participate in outreach campaigns and support ongoing sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in the insurance sector is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn sales tools, CRMs, and digital marketing systems.

Detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about customer engagement.
