The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Partnership Development :
  • Identify, approach, and build strategic partnerships with companies, organizations, travel agents, clubs, and other potential clients to drive bookings and generate revenue.
  • Negotiate terms and establish long-term agreements with tour operators, hotels, and accommodation providers to offer exclusive deals and discounts through the platform.
  • Foster relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other institutions to generate bulk bookings and special packages.
  • Coordinate with potential partners to create mutually beneficial promotions and campaigns that increase visibility and sales for the website.
  • Revenue Generation Strategy :
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue from corporate and group bookings, private accommodations, and travel packages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns aimed at specific segments, such as businesses, clubs, and organizations.
  • Leverage market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Track performance metrics related to revenue, partnerships, and bookings to ensure objectives are met and exceeded.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Client Onboarding or Partnerships / Alliances role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics and Hospitality industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
