Job description
  • Handle key accounts of the company for enhancing the presales & sales activities
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Work with Business Development Personnel to help identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with the company for the projects
  • Build long-term relationships with each customer
  • Monitor and manage the technical presales environments.
  • Compile weekly / bi-weekly reports on the progress of accounts.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director for the Sales Activities
  • Job Specification

    • Good understanding of the Pre-Sales process, from initial customer contact through to offer delivery.
    • Proven ability to build constructive working relationships both internally and externally.
    • Business acumen.
    • Understand the issues which our customers are facing.
    • Diligently monitor market evolution.
    • Anticipate the risk of an opportunity and identify contingencies and alternatives.
    • Implement innovative ways to improve returns and increase revenue in an offer.
    • Able to motivate, persuade and influence others.
    • Respond in writing to customer requirements.
    • Respond to Request for Information / Proposal documents.
