Team Lead-Accounts

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Team Lead for the Accounting Division to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4–6 years of post-CA training experience . This role demands expertise in various ERP systems, accounting software, business process reengineering, and data analytics. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategic management initiatives, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Operational Management :

• Head the bookkeeping and accounting team to ensure customer deliveries are completed on time.
• Deliverables as per scope of work, which may include but are not limited to :
• Preparation of financial statements
• Setup of accounting / ERP systems in collaboration with the functional implementation team
• Processing payroll in USA, CA, EU
• Collaborate with clients to deliver as per the agreed scope
• Manage and utilize team members effectively for smooth operations and task completion
• Train team members considering new systems and software in the market
