About the role

We live in an exciting time for creativity and creative artists. While technologies like generative AI are revolutionising and - to some extent - democratising creative design, at Circles, we are of the firm belief that these are mere and highly capable tools. The real magic occurs when these tools are wielded by a skilled artist. We are looking for such an artist to join us.

We are looking for a hungry and dynamic Graphic / Creative Designer to join our talented and friendly marketing team at Circles. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually compelling assets that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with teams to create engaging designs across various platforms and media.

What you will do

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print assets including website visuals, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, digital advertisements, infographics, and more.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Circles’ brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, audience insights, and marketing objectives.
  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and promote brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design output.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver assets on time while maintaining high standards of quality.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.Proven experience (6-9 years) as a creative designer, graphic designer, or in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, technology, or digital marketing industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various mediums.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Experience with handling data and numbers, and able to design infographics for easy understanding.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creativity.Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.Prior experience in telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
