Responsibilities : Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers Logging the details in relevant software and providing timely updates Acknowledging and resolving customer queries and make necessary correspondence Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Requirements : Candidates must have basic knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development & to sell them over the call. Call Center experience is preferred - 1.5 Years or above doing USA based outbound sales. B2B Outbound Sales Campaign. Extensive communication skills via phone, email and chat Must be able to deal with pressure. Must be comfortable working in night shifts (7 PM to 4AM) Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan
