Job descriptionDevelop strategic relationships with key accounts. Build, maintain and track a robust sales pipeline of high-quality prospects. Oversee account management and support business leads. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Enhance account volume and profitability within budget. Stay up-to-date with new product features and market trends. Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience. Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- An ability to grasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time management skills
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
