Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Islamabad for a Territory Sales Officer at Hilal Foods. In this role, the individual will manage sales operations within the assigned territory, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and oversee channel sales effectiveness. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, implementing sales strategies, ensuring proper distribution management, and providing market insights. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and execute marketing plans within the territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Distribution Management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the territory.
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience and knowledge in Channel Sales and Business operations to optimize channel efficiency and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish lasting professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities, proactive decision-making, and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage.
