Overview Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Manager Solutions Sales
to lead our sales efforts in local and international markets. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and establish a strong global presence. This role involves managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The Manager of Solutions Sales will oversee the entire sales cycle, conduct market competitive analysis, and leverage deep market knowledge to position our IT solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in both domestic and international markets; identify new business opportunities and create actionable plans; conduct market competitive analysis.
Customer Relationship Management : Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Sales Cycle Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure; collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with market demands and customer needs.
Market Knowledge and Domain Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge of the IT industry to provide tailored solutions; stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies; utilize banking sector experience to address financial institutions’ needs.
Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth : Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders; explore new markets, diversify revenue streams, and establish a global footprint.

Demonstrated ability to manage existing customer relationships and drive business upselling.
Experience in overseeing the entire sales cycle and achieving measurable results.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
