We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven individual to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns—primarily Google Ads—for a fashion-focused online retail business.

Key Responsibilities : Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and potentially other platforms. Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI. Conduct keyword research, A / B testing, and competitor analysis. Create reports and present results with actionable insights. Collaborate with creative teams for ad copy and visual assets.
