Job description

Interwood Mobel is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager (Key Accounts) - Corporate Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by maximizing sales from both existing and new clients.
  • Develop, build, and maintain a strong client base by delivering presentations and introducing the company's products and services.
  • Manage front-end sales efforts with the support of the back-end design team.
  • Ensure all client queries are addressed within 48 hours of receipt, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations and ensure stable gross margins, following up to close deals efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in coordination with the sites department before dispatch.
  • Review tenders and prepare bidding documents in response to advertised opportunities, ensuring compliance with the requirements.
  • Work closely with the Business Development department to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs, investigate and resolve service issues, and coordinate with the Complaints Department to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key accounts.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
