Are you a Civil Engineer with a passion for residential villa construction and a drive to deliver excellence?

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead end-to-end project execution with precision, innovation, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete project life cycle — from planning to handover.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of construction milestones with quality compliance.
  • Oversee contractor management , performance evaluation, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, and key stakeholders .
  • Develop and implement standard planning modules for efficiency.
  • Monitor and report project progress regularly to management.
  • Supervise finishing works to achieve high-quality standards.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and presentations .
  • Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite for project control.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies and industry best practices .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in building residential villas .
  • Strong understanding of finishes, materials, and construction techniques .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office .
  • A proactive, results-driven “game changer” with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
