Media Buyer Position Summary :
The Media Buyer will plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and programmatic channels. This role requires an analytical thinker who can blend performance marketing expertise with compliance awareness, delivering high-quality patient leads for medical practices. The candidate should be able to do video editing using platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.
You will work closely with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns generate measurable outcomes : increased patient inquiries, appointment requests, and revenue growth for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop paid media strategies tailored to medical practices, specialties, and patient personas.
Conduct competitive research, keyword analysis, and audience targeting specific to healthcare / medical services.
Build full-funnel campaign structures supporting patient awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Execution & Optimization
Launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, Bing, programmatic DSPs, and retargeting platforms. The focus will also include geofencing with ads across certain locations and targeting specific insurances accepted.
Optimize campaigns daily based on KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per appointment (CPA), conversion rate, and ROAS.
Conduct A / B testing of ad creative, landing pages, funnels, and audiences.
Manage budgets across multiple clients and specialties.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, call tracking, and CRM data.
Provide transparent, client-ready reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Monitor patient lead quality and adjust targeting strategies as needed.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all advertising is HIPAA-compliant, ethical, and aligned with platform healthcare advertising rules.
Avoid prohibited medical claims and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with compliance and content teams to review ad copy and creative.
Partner with creative teams to guide ad messaging, visuals, and landing page development.
Work closely with account managers to stay aligned with client goals, KPIs, and budgets.
Participate in weekly strategy meetings and client discussions.
Required Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or paid traffic management.
Direct experience running campaigns for healthcare, medical practices, or regulated industries.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and patient acquisition funnels.
Solid grasp of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into performance improvements.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously.
