Code Etch is seeking an energetic and outgoing Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of one year of lead generation / inside sales experience. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. Duties and Responsibilities Develop new business via telephone and email to introduce the client’s solution / services and identify appropriate buyers within targeted companies. Follow up on leads obtaining referrals in order to identify potential prospects. Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects' pain points to determine how the client’s solution / services will speak to those needs. Document all actions and emails through notes in the provided CRM system. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through to the client’s sales funnel.
