Job Summary The Finance Planning & Reporting associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial accounting, book-keeping, vendor invoice management, and fixed asset reporting in accordance with global IFRS standards. This role requires close collaboration with the Area Corporate and Assistant Area Corporate Finance Managers, global GBS hubs, in addition to internal and external collaborators.
Job Responsibilities Lead the reconciliation of End Market balance sheet accounts and ensure timely resolution of identified action items. Support the Assistant Area Corporate Finance Manager in maintaining updated approval matrices. Take full ownership of vendor invoice management end-to-end. Oversee accurate fixed asset reporting aligned with global IFRS guidelines. Drive process automation and implement innovative solutions to improve finance operations. Manage a structured and accurate monthly cross-charge process, enabling clear tracking of employee-wise recharges. Collaborate with support functions to ensure budgeted expenditures are traceable through correct channels and financial responsibilities are well communicated. Work closely with local GBS Finance teams and cross-functional groups on operational improvement, analysis, and insight-driven projects. Ensure timely and high-quality completion of monthly financial accounting and housekeeping activities.
Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a global FMCG or similar fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting practices, and IFRS standards. <>
Proficiency with finance tools and systems such as BI / BPC, SAP, or other ERP equivalents. Ability to analyze platform data, identify reporting issues, and resolve system-related challenges. Demonstrated capability to lead projects, drive operational improvements, and work with remote teams. Strong attention to detail with analytical, proactive, and problem-solving abilities.
