Job descriptionRecent graduate in Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Art History, Design, or related fields. Strong analytical and interpretive reasoning. Excellent English writing skills, with ability to evaluate creative or critical content. Experience with research, academic projects, exhibitions, or art criticism. Familiarity with digital or AI-assisted art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Procreate, DALL E, Midjourney) is a plus. Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise. Flexible working hours and remote work environment. Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies. Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs. Contract Duration : 2 weeks Maximum of 40 hours / week is allowed This contract assignment may require some overlap with UTC-8 : 00 (2-5 hrs / day) America / Los_Angeles. To be confirmed closer to the onboarding date.
Role Overview
We are seeking accomplished Arts graduates to design and evaluate creative, interpretive, and analytical tasks that test AI reasoning in the humanities and visual arts.
You will help build evaluation benchmarks that explore artistic expression, critical interpretation, and historical and cultural understanding.
What does day-to-day look like :
- Develop structured evaluation prompts and tasks across visual arts, art history, performing arts, and design.
- Create datasets with clear evaluation criteria for artistic interpretation, composition, and context.
- Assess AI performance for creativity, coherence, and interpretive accuracy.
- Identify reasoning gaps and propose expert solutions or reference interpretations.
- Ensure balanced representation of global art traditions, movements, and cultural forms.
