Job descriptionDevelop AI agents capable of autonomously executing tasks, providing intelligent recommendations, and interacting with users across complex operational scenarios. Build predictive models leveraging time-series, relational, and contextual data to anticipate system states, user behavior, and performance trends. Implement frameworks for multi-agent collaboration, goal-driven task execution, and environment-aware adaptations. Apply anomaly detection, clustering, and causal inference techniques to surface insights and drive proactive responses. Architect data pipelines and real-time inference engines to support high-frequency decision loops and AI-based alerting mechanisms.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Agent-Based Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Modeling, Time-Series Forecasting, or State Estimation in operationally critical platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Familiarity with graph-based learning, RLHF, or autonomous reasoning frameworks.
- Experience deploying models in production-grade environments, ensuring traceability, resilience, and security.
- Prior work on AI-driven workflow orchestration, risk mitigation, or process optimization systems.
- Exposure to ISO-compliant, auditable, or security-sensitive AI applications.
- Understanding of data governance, AI explainability, and model lifecycle management in enterprise contexts.
