Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering majors.
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, specifically in a fast-moving startup environment.
Timely delivery of key milestones (Product and engineering Roadmap, Enterprise deliveries) with high quality.
Build and reinforce processes to ensure Velocity & Quality of Engineering output.
Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring high performance and exceptional results.

Oversee the execution of the product roadmap and customer deliveries, ensuring timely completion with high quality.

Develop and implement robust engineering practices and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Advisors, Leadership, and Middle Management to align engineering strategies with business objectives.

Ensure the timely delivery of key milestones, including product roadmap and enterprise deliveries.

Establish and reinforce processes to maintain and improve engineering velocity and quality.

Focus on career development, mentorship, and retention of existing technical resources.

Strategically grow the engineering team to support future product development needs.
