Translation Empire PK is looking for a strategic and results-driven

Product Lead

to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our products. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify trends and opportunities Maintain product backlog and attend planning meetings Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and adoption Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive growth Advocate for the user experience by understanding customer pain points and translating them into actionable product features Guide and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and revenue Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

Qualification and Experience :

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of software development processes, UX / UI principles, and data analytics tools Strong understanding of Agile development and product backlog management Experience using Jira for product planning and tasks management Ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision and strategy Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives from concept to completion Passion for understanding user needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
