to join our team at the Korangi Campus, Karachi A Speech & Language Therapist shall be responsible to assess, diagnose and provide therapies to individuals with communication and swallowing related concerns. Job Description – Speech Language Therapist ( Key Responsibilities ) Assess, diagnose, screen, and prevent language, speech, and swallowing disorders on in & out patient basis (children & adults) Provide auditory verbal therapy to IHHN cochlear implant recipients To assist in shortlisting patients for cochlear implant program Communicate with the patient, and with their family members and physicians’ effective treatment plans Implement tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care Educate patients and their families on speech disorders and available therapies Maintain detailed notes on patient history and progress Evaluate patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required Participate in conducting research and bring the department on the top level by innovative ideas Work within a team to improve the effectiveness of service delivery Manage caseload with variety of disorders relate to the field Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
