Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience having worked in an international software house.

Preferred Skill Set :

• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension
• Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent
• Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills
• Excellent selling skills with a proven track record of design sales
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Catering inbound leads (calls and emails) to make sales.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls, SMS, and emails.
• Preparing proposals for projects and delivering them to the clients.
• Organizing business meetings with prospective clients, particularly from the USA and Canada region.
• Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email, and live chat.

Job Specification

1 year of sales experience in the software industry (Required).

American or British accent (Required).

Experience in handling international clients via telephone.

Preparing proposals for projects and delivering them to the clients.
