QA Engineer

Job Description :

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications.

Ensure product quality through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and user stories.

Identify, log, and track bugs using tools.

Perform API testing and database validation to ensure data integrity.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Validate UI / UX implementation against design specifications.

Participate in sprint planning and release readiness activities.

Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

Job Specification :

BS / MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.

Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices.

Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, Cypress, or similar.

Familiarity with API testing (REST / GraphQL) and database validation (e.g., MySQL).

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience with writing test plans, test cases, and documentation.

Basic knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
