Job Description : We are seeking a Male Customer Service Executive to handle client interactions, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a passion for delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support. Maintain logs and records of customer interactions. Visit client ends to resolve queries & make strong relationships Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office. Only male candidates will be considered for this role.
