We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior / Associate Bids and Tenders Writer to join our growing Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who loves writing, research, and creating persuasive content, and who wants to help shape the future of care delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the creation of compelling tender responses, proposals, and framework applications.

Researching client needs and contract requirements within Health and Social Care.

Collaborating with operational teams to gather accurate, engaging content for submissions.

Ensuring all bids are compliant, well-structured, and delivered on time.

Maintaining accurate records of submissions, feedback, and outcomes.

Helping to improve and refresh bid templates, case studies, and supporting materials.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, you love crafting clear, engaging copy.

Strong organisation and time management skills.

Confidence with Microsoft Office and document formatting.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

A genuine interest in Health and Social Care, social impact, or public sector work.

Previous experience in writing, research, or bid support is helpful but not essential, we’ll provide full training and mentoring to help you develop into a confident bid professional.
