The Role
As an E-commerce Support Associate, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, providing stellar support and solving problems with a friendly, professional attitude. You will use your expertise to :
- Handle all customer communication through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Answer questions and resolve issues ranging from order tracking to product returns.
- Efficiently manage customer support tickets and maintain clear records.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and policies to deliver a consistent experience.
What You Bring
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally within e-commerce.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or other ticketing systems is a strong advantage.A high degree of empathy, patience, and attention to detail.Our Benefits
