Head of Digital Transformation , a business transformation role focused on reimagining and optimizing core business processes, customer experience, and operating models through the strategic application of technology. This leader will bridge the gap between business strategy and technological execution, ensuring digitalization efforts deliver measurable commercial value and cultural change across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Define and champion the holistic, company-wide Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with top-line business objectives and profitability targets. Identify, prioritize, and lead the re‑engineering of critical cross‑functional processes, utilizing emerging technologies. Oversee the end‑to‑end development life cycle of proprietary management applications and internal tools designed to enhance operational efficiency and management decision‑making. Manage and successfully deliver the existing portfolio of digitalization projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget, while integrating new application development efforts seamlessly. Design and execute large‑scale change management programs to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and mindsets by all departments. Manage the digitalization budget and investment portfolio, establishing KPIs and success metrics to track the ROI of all digital initiatives. Work seamlessly with the IT department (who will be the execution partner for infrastructure and technical delivery) and lead functional teams (S&A and Operations) to embed digital capabilities. Foster a data‑driven culture, piloting new technologies, and encouraging iterative innovation and agile methodologies across the business. Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science combined with an MBA. Minimum of 10+ years in strategic management, business consulting, or leading large‑scale, cross‑functional Digital Transformation programs. Demonstrable track record of leading organizations through successful technological change that delivered significant business outcomes. Proven ability to operate at the executive level, presenting and defending strategic plans to the Board or CEO. Proficiency in business architecture, process mapping, and value realization methodologies. Deep understanding of business functions and processes and the digital trends shaping it. Outstanding influence, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to build consensus across diverse executive teams. Location :
