Monday.com Developer / Manager

to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Optimize and Enhance Workflows

Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software)

Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions

Comprehensive Workflow Management

Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle

Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes

Facilitate Cross-Party Communication

Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties

Subcontractor Collaboration System

Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms

Dashboard Development

Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information

Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users

Team Onboarding and Training Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption

Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration

Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization

Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes

Qualifications

Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development

Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and training abilities

Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems
