Project Overview
Pathfinder seeks to improve access of services for the survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (GBV), and child abuse by linking them to appropriate and effective service providers on a sustainable referral pathway, through working with community champions, engaging with men and boys, women and girls, and community influencers.
The project envisions protecting sexual and reproductive health outcomes that are impacted by violence, incorporating behavior change communication and tools, developing community-based protection approaches and initiating interventions to create an enabling, gender-positive environment for the prevention and mitigation of gender-based violence.
Job Summary
The field worker will work under the supervision of District Coordinator for referring GBV & CP cases from the community for case management and organize and conduct field activities keeping strong coordination with community volunteers for arranging activities. The field worker provides field reports on time and keeping updated data on monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Works with the teams to implement the strategic approach of the project specific to survivors of violence and prevention of GBV & Child Protection
- Assists in the development of quarterly and annual plans for the project implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong coordination with the refugees’ community.
Project Implementation
Field Worker is responsible for representing the organization in various communities and ensuring the successful implementation of programs and projects.Sensitize the community on GBV and CP to identifying GBV and CP cases.Conduct meetings & sessions in the community.Conducting field visits to assess program needs and progress.Implement planned activities and community-level engagements.Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of the community during meetings, trainings, workshops, and seminars.Building and maintaining relationships with local community, partners, and stakeholdersCoordinating with other staff members and teams to achieve program goals.Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annually.Collecting and analyzing data and providing regular reports on program progressEnsuring compliance with organizational policies and proceduresSubmit monthly work plan / activity calendar with the Program team.Create linkages and referrals as per the needs of the project.Prepare relevant reports, and work closely with the District Coordinator l and program staff to ensure high-quality project implementation.Meeting and Forum Attendance
Attends relevant meetings as well as forums to foster and enhance collaboration. Identifies new and improved approaches, methods, and ideas.Education and Work Experience
Bachelor in Humanities / Social SciencesExcellent command of Pashto / Dari / and English, all oral and written.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills; ability to use tact.Proven ability to work as part of a team in an international and multicultural environment.Must hold a valid Pakistani CNIC.A minimum of 2 years of international humanitarian field experience.Preferred Education and Work Experience
Relevant educational background and knowledge of the UN.Knowledge and understanding of the complexity related to refugees.Minimally Required Job-Specific Competencies :
