Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will support the hospitals outreach and partnership activities, contributing to the growth of patient footfall and B2B relationships. Job Requirements : 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of healthcare B2B processes and referral systems. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Exposure to healthcare networks and outreach programs. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

Assist in executing outreach campaigns to attract corporate clients and referral partners. Engage with insurance companies, panels, and healthcare institutions to promote services. Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams for event coordination and field activities. Support reporting and follow-up processes related to business development initiatives.
