Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder (Commission) at Marvelops. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing projects on freelance platforms like Upwork. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting persuasive proposals, and maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients. The bidder will also collaborate with the internal team to align project scopes, timelines, and deliverables with client needs.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Strategic Bidding, and Client Outreach

Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Networking abilities

Experience in Market Research, Identifying Leads, and Sales Strategy

Understanding of Freelancing Platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

Background in digital marketing or a related field is a plus

Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
