Job Title : Graphic Designer

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : 60,000 - 100,000 PKR

Reports To : Director Digital Marketing

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics across various niches, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of design tools, an understanding of UI / UX principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. Experience in video editing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling graphics for websites, social platforms, and advertisements (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Encapsulate USPs and complex ideas into captivating graphics with a near-optimal conversion rate.
• Ensure graphics are produced within optimal timelines without compromising quality.
• Utilize leading design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Incorporate AI-oriented tools to enhance design productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand graphics.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through strong written and verbal articulation skills.
• Apply UI / UX principles to design projects to improve user experience and engagement (bonus points).
• Edit and produce videos as needed to complement graphic content (bonus points).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices; seek feedback and continuously improve design processes and output quality.
